Features lab
Project delivered during my work at Linx. The company Linx provides personalized customers' experiences in e-commerce. I had the challenge to evolve the current releases page. To comply with my non-disclosure agreement, I have omitted confidential information in this case study.
Since the acquisition in 2015, the number of new features released has increased, and the users did not have visibility about the evolution of the products.
To better understand the problem we've analyzed NPS results, interviewed some users, and performed a competitive analysis.
The data collected was properly documented to facilitate the analysis of results, such as identifying patterns among responses.
After analyzing the collected data, the problems were mapped and we performed brainstorming sessions to find as many solutions as possible for each problem.
Interaction user flow was created with all the features that have been chosen during the ideation phase.
High fidelity prototypes were built together with Visual Designers and UX Writers to showcase the new features.
Design critique session: UX designers, writers, and visual designers attended a design critique session in order to help anticipate problems and stress solutions before reaching the end-user.
Presentation for stakeholders: The design was presented to managers, support, and customer success team in order to show the progress we've achieved compared to the old version and get feedback.
